About Me
My name is Helen and I want to support you in building yourself a better body through the Pilates method.

Pilates has been transformative for me, it started as an hour when I could focus on myself and let the stresses of the day disappear. However, I got so much more from that hour, my core strength improved, my posture improved and I got a stronger body. I decided that I wanted to share these benefits and started my teacher training in 2020.

I have been teaching Pilates for 4 years, I have completed both mat and apparatus certifications, I completed my 600 hour apprenticeship at Pi Studios in London.
I continue to attend workshops with carious Pilates teachers to further my knowledge and understanding of the method.
